INFUSIONS

Vodka SplashJALAPEÑO PEPPERS & PAPO J’s

Punch up your Margaritas and Bloody Marys with bit of heat.
50 ml Papo J’s 2-3 fresh jalapeño peppers

Wash the jalapeños then remove the stems and slice them in half lengthwise. Drop the peppers into the bottom of your jar. Pour in Papo J’s to submerge the peppers and seal the jar. Place the mixture in the refrigerator and allow to infuse for up to one week tasting daily until you get the desired heat and flavor.

Strain through a coffee filter or cheese cloth into a clean bottle. Cap the bottle and store in the refrigerator.

PAPO J’s & WATERMELON"

Refreshing and fruity in any glass. Ingredients: 750 ml Papo J’s ripe watermelon

Cut the watermelon into cubes discarding the rind. Fill you jar with cubes. Pour in Papo J’s to fill the open spaces. Keep mixture in the refrigerator and allow to infuse for up to one week tasting daily until you get the desired flavor.

Strain the infusion through a coffee filter or cheese cloth into a clean bottle. Cap the bottle and store in the refrigerator.

PAPO J’s SPICEY MARGARITA

A Margarita for grownups

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Papo J’s infused with Jalapeños
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1/2 oz Agave Syrup
For the glass:

Kosher salt Lime wedges Run a lime along the rim of a glass and dip the rim into dish of kosher salt. Drop some ice into the glass.

Fill a shaker with ice. Pour in Papo J’s, lime juice, Grand Marnier, and syrup. Shake well then strain into salt rimmed glass. Garnish with lime wedge and serve it up.

PAPO & COFFEE

Keep the night going with Papo and Coffee.

Ingredients:

2 oz Papo J’s
3 oz Cold Brew Coffee
4 oz Coconut Water

Pint Glass

Pour Papo J’s, coconut water, and cold brew coffee into the pint glass. Fill with ice and stir. Serve.
